How fast do you ship BoilUp® items?

We usually can get in stock BoilUp® items mailed out/delivered within 1-3 business days.  For mail orders, you are at the mercy of Canada Post.

 

Do you have a BoilUp® store front I can visit?

We currently are an online store. However, You can purchase some BoilUp® products at The Christmas House in St. John's and Branded Clothing in Labrador City. We do show up at the occasional pop-up shop location as well. These will be advertised on Facebook and Instagram as they happen.

 

I want to sell your products in my store. How can I do this?

We offer wholesale pricing of BoilUp® Apparel to approved storefronts. Email us at info@boilupnl.ca and provide us with your information with the subject "wholesale opportunity" and we will get back to you.

 

My size is sold out. Can I pre-order an item in my size instead of waiting?

Sorry, because we carry our items in store and screen print in bulk.  We cannot offer pre ordering.  We'll leave that to the iron on sticker shirt people.

 

Do you ship to other provinces?

You bet! We ship Canada Wide. Shipping rates vary across the Country and are created by Canada Post. We never make money off your shipping cost.

 

Can I return items?

We normally do not offer returns on items, however, BoilUp® customers are our #1 priority and we understand that ordering online is sometimes difficult due to not being able to try items on for sizing. Please follow our sizing guides to ensure you are ordering the correct size. We will try to accommodate locally if we have another size in stock.

 

How can I pay for my BoilUp® order?

We currently offer direct credit card payment, Shop as well as all methods provided by PayPal. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance. You will need a PayPal account for purchases via paypal.

Is there a minimum order size?

No. In fact, more is better. We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 pre tax.

 

Why do you have an letter R with a circle around it next to the word BoilUp?

BoilUp® is a registered trademark. This symbol offers the highest level of protection that a registered trademark receives. It lets people know that BoilUp® is a trusted, registered product and discourages competitors from infringing on the asset that is registered.
